You may have seen the Show Her Off dance ad on Facebook that is billed as the #1 In-Home Date Night for Couples: Living Room Dancing. Why restrict your date night fun to dancing in the living room? Come out and join a group of people who enjoy the camaraderie of partner dancing! We encourage interested singles to attend our events, too; you do not need to have a partner to enjoy partner dancing.
The PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club (PCBDC) started in 1997 when a dozen residents decided to provide a venue for the entire community to engage in ballroom dancing. The club initially imposed a $5 dance fee to help cover the cost of the refreshments, candles, and flowers that were provided for ambiance. As we enter 2025, the cost for a member to attend a dance, enjoy a variety of music, socialize with friends (or meet and make new ones), and dance the night away is only $15, a very reasonable cost after 27 years.
PCBDC is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing instruction not only in the traditional ballroom dances of Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Tango, and ChaCha, but also incorporating many of today’s popular partner dance types such as East and West Coast Swing, Country Two-Step, Hustle, Nightclub Two-Step, Bolero, and others. At the low, low price of only $10 for a single person or $15 per couple, PCBDC offers a progressive group class every month featuring two dance types that are taught by our very own professional dancer/instructor, Keith Clinton. You do not need to be a club member to attend these group lessons!
Your club officers are committed to providing a fun dance experience for all members and guests and will strive to make attending our events as convenient as possible by utilizing online payment features. Folks who wish to register and pay with more traditional methods can still do so with a check or cash, either in advance or at the door. Please note: the dinner dances require advance registration so that the catering staff has the proper headcount.
2025 promises to be a year of change for the PCBDC. We will continue to provide many of the activities already embraced by the club. But this year’s club officers have many new ideas to raise the level of interest and to accommodate all levels of dancers, from the newest beginner to the advanced dancer and everyone in between. So smash the “Membership” button at pcballroomdanceclub.com today, and we will see you on the dance floor!
